REFUND POLICY
The 7-DAY RETURN POLICY applies to all services that involve a one-time payment and are offered through cascatadeluxo.com. This means that as a Customer, you have the right to request a 100% refund within the first 7 days of purchase. This is a seven-day risk-free guarantee. The refund period begins on the day of product purchase unless otherwise stated.
If the seven-day refund period has expired, Cascata de Luxo, LDA will not be required to issue a refund and any refund requests will be reviewed for approval prior to any refund being considered.
